O.A.C. stands for “On Approved Credit.” Financing approval and promotional rates are based on your creditworthiness at the time of application and are subject to Flexiti’s terms and conditions.

How do I pay with Flexiti?

In-store: Bring in your approved Flexiti account QR code that you received in your email upon successful completion of the application process. You can also apply directly in-store.

Can I Make Multiple Purchases Through Flexiti?

Yes! Upon account approval, you will be mailed a FlexitiCard that you can use again and again to make purchases within your approved credit limit.

How do I contact Flexiti customer support?

You can reach Flexiti customer service at 1-877-259-3745. Representatives are available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 11 pm ET, and Saturday to Sunday from 9 am to 9 pm ET.
