Whether you're showcasing your stylish home on social media or allowing our designers to feature their current projects, you have the chance to highlight your La-Z-Boy space. Explore the three exciting options in our contest and discover how you can win a free dinner (or two) from us!

How it Works

Apply for one of the following options below for a chance to showcase your designed space by us. In doing so, we hope to continue solving design problems for future projects, and your new space can be the perfect example! 

1. Eligibility:
To participate, you must be a La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston customer as well as reside within a 100 km radius of Ottawa, Ontario. Proof of residence may be required to verify eligibility.

2. Participation:
Participation in the design program is voluntary and open to eligible customers.
By participating, you consent to La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston taking photographs and videos of your home.

3. Selection:
Not all designs or homes will qualify for inclusion in our social media, blog, video, or other promotional materials. Selection is at the sole discretion of La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston's internal team. There is no guarantee that your design or home will be selected for any promotional purposes.

4. Ownership and Use of Images:
All photographs, videos, and other media taken by La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston during the design process are the exclusive property of La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston. By participating, you grant La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston the right to use, edit, publish, and distribute these images and videos in any manner, including but not limited to social media, blogs, websites, advertisements, and other promotional materials.

5. No Condition to Sale:
Participation in the design program and the subsequent use of images and videos is not a condition of any sale. Your decision to allow La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston to take or use photos and videos of your home will not affect the terms or conditions of any purchase you make.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality:
La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston will handle all personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Personal details, other than those required for promotional use (e.g., first name, city), will not be disclosed without your consent.

7. Liability:
La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston are not liable for any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of photographs or videos taken during the design process. You agree to release and hold harmless La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston from any liability related to the taking or use of these images and videos.

8. Modification and Termination:
LaZ-Boy Ottawa and Kingston reserves the right to modify or terminate this design program and its terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated rules and conditions on our website.

By entering in the La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston Design Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these rules and conditions.
