Shipping and Return Policy
Welcome to La-Z-Boy Ottawa and Kingston! Our goal is to ensure your furniture delivery experience is seamless and satisfying. Please review our shipping and return policy to understand the details of our delivery services.
Custom Orders: Custom orders take approximately 12 weeks to manufacture and ship to our distribution center. 50% of the deposit is required upon order. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed. Order delays beyond our control may occasionally occur at the manufacturing level. These will not be considered grounds for product return, exchange, or compensation.
Delivery Area: We offer delivery services only within Ottawa, Gatineau and Kingston, Ontario, Canada
Delivery Cost: In-town includes Ottawa, Gatineau & Kingston - $129.99
Out-of-town delivery - $169.99
Scheduling: Once your order is ready, our team will contact you to schedule your delivery or pick-up.
Delivery Tracking: Once you’ve scheduled your delivery, you can enter your phone number in dispatch track on delivery day and track your shipment.
In-Home Delivery: Our professional delivery team will place and assemble your furniture in your room of choice and remove all packaging materials.
Delivery Confirmation: Please inspect your furniture upon delivery and confirm that it is in satisfactory condition. Any issues should be reported to delivery@lzb.ca. All claims must be made within 24 hours upon receiving your delivery. After this time from the date of receipt, the merchandise shall be deemed received free from damage and will be the buyers responsibility for repair.
Return Policy: Custom orders and clearance merchandise are not eligible for a return or cancellation. Stock orders have a 48-hour cancellation policy from the date of purchase. At our discretion, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to return or cancelled orders and the remaining value will be provided in the form of an in-store credit. Stock merchandise is any item that La-Z-Boy defines as a core inventory. All cancellations and returns, whether for refund, exchange, or credit, require that proof of purchase be presented and that merchandise be in the same condition as it was at the time originally received be the customer. An inspection of refund merchandise will occur before a refund is issued. All service, finance, and delivery fees are non-refundable and an additional pick-up charge will apply if the merchandise is returned using our services.
Refund Policy: Refunds will occur in the tender paid. All returns or refunds for purchases paid by cash will be refunded by company cheque and require 4 weeks for processing. NO CASH REFUNDS will be issued. Any clerical errors contained in the purchase/invoice are subject to correction. "Final Sale" merchandise will not be accepted for return, credit or exchange.
Warranty: There is a lifetime warranty on La-Z-Boy furniture frames. Most parts have a 1-3 year warranty. Our covers (fabric and leather) have a one-year warranty. Labour has a one-year warranty.
