About the Montrose Sectional

Let’s get started with highlighting some of Montrose’s unique features. The Montrose Sectional from La-Z-Boy offers a sophisticated style, and casual comfort put all together to create a wonderful contemporary/transitional furniture piece.

The Montrose Sectional features smooth and simple lines for a clean look, tailored wedge arms, and a chambered blown-fibre loose back cushion that provides comfort, support and durability.

Mary Lee describes the Montrose as “a simple, yet versatile sectional that goes well in most settings.” The reason behind this is that this sectional offers the least number of sectional pieces available, with only 3 choices.

You can relax comfortably on the armless chair, curl up into a ball on the 90-degree corner unit, or store your personal belongings in the storage ottoman.

Even though it has the least amount of pieces, the Montrose’s sectional pieces can work independently or together for comfortable separate items. 

Modular pieces normally connect on the side with a screwed-in connector, with heavy-duty fabrics that help with friction. With the Montrose, these connectors are not visible, making it possible for someone to utilize their furniture pieces individually, more conveniently.

Because of its versatility to work independently or together, the Montrose can work in all different room sizes. “Besides clashing with other decor styles, I don’t see a sizing issue for this sectional,” Mary Lee says.

However, the seat depth, though not as deep as other furniture frames, is considerably deeper for a comfortable sitting arrangement. Because of the seat depth, this sectional might be better suited for those with an average to taller height scale.

While your height can be a considerable factor, it is important to note that height guidelines are NOT set in stone. The way you sit in a furniture item can drastically affect how someone might find a seat comfortable.

The Montrose Sectional come with pillows, which means you can customize those as well. Is the Montrose Sectional Right For You?
