With simple lines and put-together tailoring, it is a style that looks good and feels better. It features semi-attached pillow backs, over-scaled roll arms, decorative wood legs, and box seat cushions with welted trim.
The Collins is available in an array of high-quality fabrics of multiple colours and patterns as well as premium-grade leather options.
In addition to style options, this sofa offers exceptional comfort with patented ComfortCore® seat cushioning, as well as 20" accent pillows for any arm sided modular sectional piece.

The size and dimensions can tell you a lot about a furniture item. To ensure that the Collins can fit in your home, it is always important to measure your space.
One size does not fit all when it comes to comfort. Based on its dimensions, the Collins sectional is a good fit for most average to taller height individuals. It has a really deep seat so short legs will dangle but Jenna says, “if you like to curl up, it’s perfect.”
While your height can be a considerable factor, it is important to note that height guidelines are NOT set in stone. The way you sit in a furniture item can drastically affect how someone might find a seat comfortable.

Fabric & Leather Options
Your choice of fabric or leather upholstery is a pivotal decision when selecting a sofa for your home. The Collins has over 900 hundred cover options so you can custom-create a look that’s uniquely yours. Choose from the latest colours, patterns and textures.
When choosing fabrics, the Collins comes in 11 select fabric covers with 2 different textures. There are also leather options available, including recycled leather and leather match.
Select fabrics are specifically chosen to match a particular furniture frame and do not affect the starting price.

Leather options, even select leather, will always increase the overall cost. Ultimately, choosing fabric or leather is up to you if you’re willing to spend more on leather products.

Contrasting Welt Trim
Customers have the option to choose a contrasting welt trim to accentuate the design of the furniture. Furthermore, patterned welt trim options are available, which can enhance the aesthetics of the furniture frame.
Pillows
Collins comes with pillows, which means you can customize those as well. You can accessorize your pillows by adding an accent colour to them, as well as contrasting welt, cording or fringe.
If you want to get specific, you can also request feather padding for your pillows instead of the usual foam padding.
The Collins Sectional consists of 15 module pieces that can be used to design a unique configuration that suits your comfort preferences and space.
With these available module pieces, your Collins sectional can be made as big or as small as you wish.
End piece includes a Left/Right-Arm Sitting Chair, Loveseat, Chaise and Cuddler. You can also place either a rounded corner section or a 90-degree corner to create the famous L-shape for which sectionals are known. There are also armless chairs and loveseats available that can help with extra seating if you're looking for a long sectional. Lastly, an armless full sleeper is also available, making the Collins the only sectional at La-Z-Boy with a sleeper sofa included in the configurations.

Cost
The cost of the Collins sectional is in the mid-high range of the sectionals now available on the market. The quality of materials used in construction and customization options are the main reasons for the higher price bracket. The starting price of the smallest Collins Sectional configuration is $3,799, with a variety of fabric choices, including iClean fabric colours. From there, the cost increases depending on the different fabrics or leather chosen, the number of seats and other options selected.

Warranty
The Collins is covered by La-Z-Boy’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the frame, spring systems, and mechanism, given that they are quality-crafted and built for long-lasting comfort.

While still quality-crafted, other aspects of the product, such as fabrics, leather, and cushion, are not meant to last a lifetime. However, these parts are still covered by the La-Z-Boy Manufacturer’s Warranty for a given period of time.

“Since we retired 2 years ago, my husband and I have become full time competitive nappers.
We bought the Collins a few weeks ago in the gray color….its the most comfortable couch I’ve ever owned…weve never had a sectional but now there is ample room for both of us to nap lying down and still have plenty of space for our granddaughter to nap in between…Lazyboy furniture is well made and durable. My only problem is figuring out what to do with the lazyboy couch we had prior to this…which only napped 1…being retired, napping is the most important criteria for judging a couch.
I give it a huge thumbs up…we moved into this house 3 weeks ago hence the Spartan room…this couch was the first purchase for the house and it arrived within days of purchase.

Is the Collins Sectional Right For You?
It is no question that the Collins Sectional is a beautiful piece of transitional furniture. But is it right for you?
Jenna says that the Collins sectional is ideal for someone who is fairly tall, between the height to 5’10” and 6’2”. Someone at this height is likely looking for a deeper seat which they will find in the Collins sectional.
With this being said, Jenna says shorter clients may also enjoy the Collins Sectional if they intend to kick off their shoes and curl up into the depth of the seat.
Lastly, the Collins Sectional is the perfect foundation piece for any decorating style. They are ideal for those that prefer clean lines and a casual style with deep seats. You can customize it to the size and arrangement you want from a sofa all the way up to our largest U-shaped sectional. Adding a cuddle corner and/or sofa bed would be the icing on the cake!
